About these terms

Seko Network, located at Knez Mihajlova 84, Valjevo, Serbia, owns and operates 13M Club at 13m.club. Contact us at contact@seko.network. These terms apply to use of this public website. If you do not agree to them, please stop using the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

What the website provides

13M Club is an independent archive of game walkthroughs, puzzle solutions and related editorial information. Browsing the archive is currently free and does not require an account. Guides contain spoilers. Game content, puzzle layouts, availability and features may change or differ by version, device or region.

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but do not promise that every guide is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every player. A guide’s stated scope and any limitations matter. A SOLVED label describes the scope covered by that guide; it does not guarantee that every possible version, outcome or optional feature has been personally tested.

Independent archive and fictional persona

Game titles, trademarks, screenshots, artwork and other game materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance helps identify and explain the games and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with Seko Network or 13M Club unless we expressly say otherwise.

Joseph H. Allenbeck, “Joe,” and the detective-style personnel file are fictional presentation elements. They are not claims about a real investigator, professional qualification or personal testing of every game.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may browse, link to and use the guides for your own personal gameplay. You may save or print reasonable portions for personal, non-commercial use, keeping relevant attribution and notices. This permission covers only rights we can grant and does not give you ownership of game materials.

Our original writing, design and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not republish substantial parts of the archive, sell copies, remove rights notices or present our work as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits it. These terms do not override lawful quotation, fair use, fair dealing, accessibility rights or other statutory exceptions.

For permission requests or a rights concern, email contact@seko.network. Identify the material and its website address, explain your concern and include enough information for us to investigate. We may correct or remove material while a concern is assessed.

Responsible use

Do not use the website or message form for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, malicious code or attempts to obtain unauthorised access. Do not interfere with availability, evade security controls or use automated requests in a way that imposes an unreasonable load. Respect the rights and privacy of others. We may restrict abusive access or remove inappropriate submissions as reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

Messages and feedback

Use the message form for relevant questions, game requests, corrections or feedback. Only send material you are entitled to share, and avoid confidential information or sensitive personal data. Submissions must not infringe another person’s rights or contain abusive or unlawful material.

You keep any rights you have in your submission. You give Seko Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to receive, store, review and use it to handle your request and improve the website. This is not permission to publish your personal information or private correspondence. We may independently implement general suggestions without payment or an obligation to provide credit. We do not guarantee a reply, publication of a requested guide or any particular completion time.

The message form does not require contact details, so we cannot reply directly unless you provide a way to contact you. For matters requiring a response, use our contact email. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Links and third-party services

External websites and games are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms, privacy practices, prices and requirements. We do not control them. Check the relevant provider’s information before downloading, purchasing, submitting information or relying on its service. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement of everything at the destination.

Availability and responsibility

We may update, reorganise, suspend or discontinue parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or preservation of every page. You remain responsible for decisions made while using a guide, including choices that affect game progress, saved data or purchases.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Seko Network is not responsible for losses caused by third-party games or services, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

Disputes and applicable rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. If a problem arises, contact contact@seko.network and explain it so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from contacting a regulator, using a lawful complaints process or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Mandatory protections that apply where you live continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The revision date appears below. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date; they do not retrospectively change an existing dispute. Where law requires additional notice or agreement, we will provide it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent the law permits.
