Who we are
Seko Network, located at Knez Mihajlova 84, Valjevo, Serbia, owns and operates 13M Club at 13m.club. Seko Network is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@seko.network.
This policy covers this public website and messages or emails you send us. It does not describe the privacy practices of game developers or other websites.
Information we handle
When you visit, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, requested address, request time, browser and device information, referring page and security events.
The optional “Leave a message” form stores your message, the page it was sent from and the submission date and time. It does not ask for your name or email address. Any personal information you choose to include becomes part of your message. The form does not separately save your IP address in our message database; hosting and security systems may still process it.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your email, any attachments and other information you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or information about other people that we do not need.
Why we use information
We use technical information to serve pages, keep the website available, investigate errors and prevent spam, attacks and misuse. We use messages and emails to consider game requests, respond where contact details are provided, investigate reported problems and improve the archive. Messages are received privately; submitting one does not publish it on the website.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and handling correspondence, balanced against your rights. We may also process information to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If we introduce an activity that requires consent, we will request it separately; browsing this website does not by itself provide that consent.
Search, cookies and similar technology
Archive search matches games in your browser using a downloaded search index. Search text can appear in the page address as a “q” parameter, so it may remain in your browser history and be included when that address is requested, reloaded or shared. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into search.
Our website code does not set advertising cookies, use browser storage to track you, or include advertising or third-party audience-tracking scripts. Fonts and website artwork are served from the website. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technology when needed for security, bot detection or traffic delivery. Your browser controls cookies; blocking necessary security features may affect access. We will update this policy and obtain any legally required consent before adding non-essential tracking.
Details about Cloudflare’s service cookies are available in its cookie documentation (opens in a new tab).
Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security and the database used to receive website messages. Our email service providers process correspondence sent to our contact address. Access to messages is limited to people who need it to operate the website and handle the issue you raised.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect people or the website from unlawful activity, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not publish private correspondence as testimonials or identify a sender publicly without an appropriate basis.
International processing
Cloudflare operates an international network, and hosting, security and email services may process information outside your country. Local data-protection laws can differ. Cloudflare’s published data-processing terms describe the safeguards it offers for regulated transfers, including approved contractual clauses where applicable. The arrangements relevant to a particular transfer depend on the service and applicable law; contact us for further information. Cloudflare describes its practices and international safeguards in its Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Customer Data Processing Addendum (opens in a new tab).
How long information is kept
We keep messages and correspondence for the time needed to address the request and any directly related follow-up, such as resolving a reported guide error or handling a dispute. We consider whether the issue is still open, whether the information is still useful for that issue, and whether a legal retention requirement applies. We delete information when it is no longer needed for those purposes. Message deletion is managed by us rather than an automatic expiry timer; you can ask us to delete a message.
Technical and security records are subject to the retention periods of the relevant hosting and security service. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove copies in backups; those copies remain subject to the provider’s backup and recovery lifecycle. We do not promise an immediate deletion from every backup.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without sending a message. Providing information through the form or email is voluntary; without enough information we may be unable to investigate or reply. To ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing, where these rights apply, email contact@seko.network. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We may request only the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant record and verify your request. Because the message form does not require an identity or email address, please provide the approximate submission time, page and a description of the message. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We respond within the period required by applicable law, normally within 30 days under Serbian law, or one month where the GDPR applies. A legally permitted extension may apply for complex or numerous requests; we will explain the reason and extension within the initial response period.
You may complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (opens in a new tab) or another data-protection authority competent for your location or our processing. These rights depend on applicable law and may be limited by lawful exceptions. Our processing is subject to Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and other data-protection laws where applicable. We do not use visitor messages to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated decision-making.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please share only what is necessary.
The website is a general-audience game-guide archive and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact contact@seko.network so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. Game age ratings and suitability vary; parents and guardians should check the relevant game’s rating.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The revision date appears below; material changes will be identified on this page and, where required, brought to your attention separately. Contact Seko Network at contact@seko.network with questions.
